At Three-Sixty Collision, we’ve gone from a small shop to one of Mid-Canterbury’s leading collision repair specialists — but we haven’t lost the personal touch along the way. We know that crashes can be scary and upsetting, so we’re committed to making the repair process as straightforward, efficient and stress-free as possible.
Three-Sixty began with just two employees back in 2004. Over the years, we’ve grown our team, embraced new repair technology and built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Owner Aaron took the reins in 2019. With a background in aftersales and a natural focus on customer care, it was a perfect fit for him to take the lead when working with insurers and simplify the insurance process for customers. After careful consideration, the business was renamed Three-Sixty Collision to reflect the full range of services we provide. We’re more than just panel beaters — we look at your vehicle from every angle and use the right skills, technology and expertise to get you safely back on the road.
On 7 September 2026, Three-Sixty Collision took an exciting next step with the purchase of Panel Craft Collision Centre from Debra and Duncan Ross.
The move brings the two teams together at our larger premises at 104 South Street, Ashburton, creating an even stronger collision repair team with greater experience, capability and resources under one roof.
Our new premises also give us room to grow, with new specialised machinery and equipment helping us continue to invest in the technology and skills needed to deliver quality repairs for today’s vehicles.
While we’re a bigger business than where we started, our approach remains the same: treat every customer like a mate, keep you informed throughout the repair process and make getting your vehicle fixed as easy as possible.

Aaron Jones purchased ThreeSixty Collision repair back in 2019. With his natural flair for business, and a go-getter attitude, the team has loved his leadership. Aaron thrives on the dynamic nature of collision repair and enjoys working with the team to provide solutions for every customer. Over the years, he has focused on building strong, lasting relationships while always maintaining a clear vision for the future.

Cory’s a passionate automotive specialist, leader and mentor. After stealing and crashing his dad’s car as a teenager, he was then responsible for repairing it. The process got him hooked and he has been knee-deep in repairs ever since. Cory’s fun, positive energy is magnetic – he’s a huge part of the team’s success.
As a self-described “bubbly person who likes to get along with everyone”, Jessica fits right into our friendly team. Her upbeat attitude makes her a natural with customers as well. After a brush with serious illness, Jessica studied administration from home and then joined Three Sixty. She loves the job, and is keen to keep building her knowledge of the business. In her spare time, Jessica will most likely be out in nature somewhere – fishing, hiking or just enjoying the sun.
